Senior IT Project Manager- SAP

Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex IT projects and programmes, focusing on SAP modules (e.g., SAP Corporate Mortgage Loans, Deposit Management, Master Contract Management, SAP Payment Engine, SAP BP/GP) in complex operational environments.
  • You will represent your significant SAP projects in board and department manager project committee meetings (first management level) and make decisions if needed.
  • Ability to establish a positive connections and ideas, which you will express convincingly for significant projects/programs, avoiding frustration and conflict from contradicting decisions.
  • You anticipate board (board of directors, administrative board, and committee) issues, prepare responses, and coordinate with project stakeholders. You create and evaluate project scenarios and take preventative steps if needed.
  • You head a technical project team with many (sub-)project managers, so must organise and control their roles in sub-project structures and foster teamwork.
  • You will negotiate lengthy contracts and terms from (important) vendors and actively manage their project services if needed.
  • Contribute to improving project governance, management technique, and best practices.

 

Requirements

  • Degree in business, computer science, engineering, or business administration
  • Minimum 10 years of project management experience with budgets
  • In-depth IT experience in regulated environments, preferably in a wholesale bank with complex processes
    Experience in contract negotiation and management (effort-based, work contracts, outsourcing)
  • Reliable in recording complex issues and determining necessary actions.
  • High accountability, initiative, and willingness to collaborate with colleagues.
  • Openness to new experiences and motivation to grow your environment.
