YOUR ROLE

• Content creation across formats: You excel in crafting content for diverse formats, ranging from social media posts and specialist articles to blogs, websites, video scripts, direct mailings, and infographics. Your proficiency allows for the swift production of high-quality content. You leverage cutting-edge AI tools to enhance and elaborate on your ideas, ensuring innovative and effective content creation.
• Conceptualizing content-based strategies: Whether formulating a compelling claim, devising an Instagram strategy, or crafting a comprehensive campaign, you develop content-based concepts to drive Expatrio brand and stakeholder engagement.
• Thought leadership and market positioning: You play a pivotal role as a source of ideas, creating content that solidifies thought leadership within the Expatrio industry and successfully positions Expatrio in the market.
• Research, coordination, and innovation: Your responsibilities encompass researching, coordinating, and maintaining content across all relevant communication channels (online/offline) and customer segments. Additionally, you actively contribute to the implementation and ongoing enhancement of structured content management. Your innovative approach and willingness to try out new communication ideas bring vibrancy to our team.

YOUR PROFILE

• Education/Study: You hold a university degree in Marketing, Branding, PR, or a related field.
• Experiences: You bring to the table a minimum of 2 years of experience in Marketing, Content Writing, or Content Creation.
• Skills: With excellent writing skills, you demonstrate the ability to write clearly, concisely, and engagingly, while also presenting complex concepts in an understandable manner. Having a keen understanding of student life, you navigate the ins and outs and possess the ability to create content tailored to the needs and interests of universities in Germany and abroad. Your research and analytical skills enable you to conduct extensive research for producing informed content, and you proficiently interpret data and statistics. With experience and interest in the international student landscape, you create content with a deep understanding of the target markets. In addition to a technical understanding that allows you to comprehend complex software and technology topics, you can translate them into easy-to-understand texts. Your familiarity with trends, challenges, and developments in the events industry equips you to create tailored content for companies in this sector.
• Communication skills: You possess excellent oral and written communication skills in English, as it is our primary mode of communication.
• A plus: Possessing additional linguistic skills or relevant experiences would be a significant advantage.
