Supply Chain Manager (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:

• Overall Supply Chain Management from purchasing until end customer supply.
• Ensuring and coordinating inventory levels, including purchasing, delivery order processing to headquarter and inbound/outbound handling.
• Support and monitor compliance with warehousing and logistics service contracts
• Coordinate the complete handling of the transportation chain and logistics processes
• Monitoring, reviewing and processing logistic related costs
• Monthly stock analysis and inventory management including on site stock investigation
• Customer service and complaint handling
• Monthly closing of inventory & customer invoice
• Close communication with sales, customers and logistics partners
• Customer balance confirmation and account verification
• Sales/ accounting related administration
• Customs clearance and duty management

Experience Requirements / Competencies:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Logistics or Supply Chain Management or equivalent qualification
• Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills
• Proficient with PC and related software (Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
• Knowledge of SAP (ERP) system preferred
• Fluent in business English, German a plus
