About the job:

As a Meeting and Events Coordinator at JLL, you’ll play a pivotal role in coordinating and managing meetings and events across a campus or region. Reporting to the Facilities Manager and collaborating closely with the Meeting, Events & Food Services Manager, you’ll be an integral part of the Facilities Team.

What this job involves:

  •  Lead and support onsite meeting and events teams.
  • Ensure timely updates of Outlook booking systems.
  • Coordinate event setups and requests efficiently.
  • Manage out-of-hours meetings and events effectively.
  • Maintain meeting rooms to agreed standards.
  • Oversee support services (e.g., Technicians, Janitorial, Security).
  • Implement new processes and standards across sites.
  • Serve as an escalation point for issues, providing feedback.
  • Ensure compliance with EHS requirements.
  • Manage meeting room equipment and liaise with external providers.
  • Liaise with Amazon Global Events and Meetings (GEMS) when needed.

 

Your Profile:

  • You enjoy working in high-profile corporate environments and you already gained past experience in this area.
  • Hospitality experience is a plus, helping us set our events apart.
  • Facilities Management exposure would be beneficial to help us streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
  • You are fluent in both English and the local language, you effortlessly navigate communication barriers and connect with diverse audiences.
  • You possess proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Pack
  • Your meticulous attention to detail ensures no aspect of our events or operations goes unnoticed.
  • With outstanding customer service skills, you effortlessly communicate with clients at every level.
  • Your professionalism shines through in every interaction, making you a trusted ambassador for our team and brand.
