We are looking for a Marketing Specialist, Brand (m/f/d) to support the central Marketing and Brand department at CMS Legal Services located in Frankfurt am Main, Germany.
The position is versatile – while it has a special emphasis on marketing and brand, the successful candidate must also possess strong administrative skills to support the team with various organizational tasks on a day-to-day basis. The role will report to the Head of Marketing and Brand.
Marketing and Brand:
• Assisting with and co-owning firm-wide brand documents and projects (e.g., support coordination of various projects, leading the annual firm-wide OnBrand Awards)
• Offering general brand advice to colleagues and providing creative brand support, including image searches, copywriting, and concept development
• Providing support for the CMS Brand Portal
• Managing and coordinating relationships with various external organisations
• Use of Photoshop for basic design tasks (e.g. cropping images, social media posts, templates)
• Assisting with PowerPoint, Word and Excel documents
Organisational and administrative support:
• Assisting the Senior Brand Manager with various tasks in day-to-day business
• General administrative assistance (e.g. copywriting, coordinating meetings, preparing meeting documents, taking minutes at internal meetings, etc.)
• Graduate-level qualification or equivalent
• Native English speaker or native-speaker level, high level of written and verbal communications skills
• Proficient with administrative tasks, 2 –3 years experience in an assistant role
• Strong interest and understanding of brand, design, and communications
• Computer literate with proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
• Team player with a service-oriented approach and good time-management skills
• Proactive with a hands-on approach
• Ability to work internationally with sensitivity to cultural differences
