Overview of role

Are you looking for a unique challenge where you can drive creative ideas in a young team with flat hierarchies and work strategically and operationally? Then take a look at the following profile.

Core tasks

  • Development and implementation of growth strategies: You will be strategically and operationally involved and responsible for the development and implementation of holistic growth strategies. The focus is on generating demand and conversions (leads for the sales team; app downloads on Shopify etc.), as well as increasing our brand awareness and reach
  • Analysis and optimisation: You will continuously analyse the performance data of our marketing activities and derive measures for optimisations
  • Campaign & content management: You will develop and optimise end-to-end marketing campaigns across various channels such as Shopify Ads, YouTube Ads, Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads and more. You will create frameworks and processes for campaign management and also manage all our content marketing activities
  • Cross-team collaboration: You will work closely with our Sales, Product and Customer Service teams to launch successful campaigns that impact overall revenue

Must have requirements

  • 2 years plus experience of content & performance marketing especially in the B2B SaaS environment
  • Creativity and innovation: You are creative, innovative and enjoy developing and implementing new ideas to achieve our growth targets
  • Analytical skills: You are a numbers person and have experience in analysing marketing data. You have good knowlege of Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads and tools such as HubSpot and Google Analytics
  • Strong communication skills: You are well organised, have an eye for detail and can prioritise effectively to manage multiple project simultaneouslyResults-oriented, transparent, proactive approach: You take a proactive approach to challenges, are transparent in your communication and work in a results-oriented manner to achieve set goals
  • Responsible with ambition: You strive to continuously develop yourself and contribute significantly to the growth of the team and the company
  • Business fluent in English both written and spoken
