Senior Creative Content Project Manager

As the “Senior Creative Content Project Manager (f/m/x)” you will play a critical role in coordinating and facilitating the efficient flow of content production, ensuring projects are executed seamlessly from inception to delivery. You will collaborate closely with content creators, editors, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are on track, deadlines are met, and the overall content production process is optimized. Are you up for a new challenge? 

What you will do:  

  • Represent the Content & Creative Studio team in stakeholder meetings, as needed, to proactively assess needs 
  • Communicate with stakeholders at all levels to lead kickoff meetings, project reviews, and ongoing project updates 
  • Serve as central point of contact, coordinating content-related projects, kick-offs, timelines, and resource allocation 
  • Develop streamlined workflows for content creation, review, editing, and approval 
  • Manage a small content team, monitor team capacity, workload, and adjust for optimal resource allocation, ensuring timely project delivery 
  • Track project timelines meticulously, identify potential bottlenecks, and proactively mitigate delays 
  • Continuous participation in the improvement of procedures to enhance productivity such as process improvements, task automation, or new technology 

What we are looking for:  

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent work experience) 
  • 3+ years experience as a Traffic Manager, Content Coordinator, or Project Manager in a content-driven environment in a similar industry (ideally e-commerce/B2C) 
  • Strong understanding of content creation processes, including writing, editing, design, and distribution 
  • Proficiency in project management tools, content management systems (such as Akeneo), and collaboration platforms (Asana, JIRA)
  • Excellent project and time management skills 
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills  
  • Problem-solving mindset, adaptability to changing priorities and unforeseen challenges 
  • Fluency in English, German is a plus
