Marketing Lead


We are looking for a Marketing Lead, to drive performance & digital marketing initiatives for our live service game Hunt: Showdown. In this role, you will oversee a team of marketing and brand specialists, collaborating closely with the PR, community, and social team to enhance our overall publishing efforts.
Please note that gaming industry experience is mandatory for this role.

2. If you are already living in one of the following countries, we are able to offer you a permanent work contract and allow you to work remotely as an employee from there.

3. If you are interested in full-time remote work in any other country (max. +/- 2 hours CET), we can offer you a freelance contract arrangement.


  • Strategically build and execute the digital marketing strategy in close collaboration with multiple teams.
  • Set up ad campaigns and media buying based on real-time data.
  • Plan and implement the advertising campaign and analysis process, keeping in mind the vision and KPIs.
  • Analyze and report the results of the marketing campaigns based on the set KPIs.
  • Work in close collaboration with the award-winning Creative Service team, social media and Community manager team, Production, and Graphic Designers to plan and execute the campaigns.
  • Act as caretaker for the brands represented by Crytek.
  • Actively drive market research.
  • Lead and inspire a team of marketing professionals.


  • 6+ years of professional experience in marketing management within the video games industry, including 2+ years of leadership experience.
  • Proven experience with published games, ideally live service games.
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset, with a demonstrated ability to make strategic decisions and optimize marketing efforts based on real-time data analysis.
  • A passion for gaming including a good understanding of the gaming industry and current trends.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
