Lead UI/UX Designer (f/m/d)


As a Lead UX/UI Designer for justtrack you will be responsible for defining and implementation of the product’s design strategy, including prioritizing usability, functionality and accessability of the core interfaces. You will work with cross-functional teams in a dynamic and supportive environment to drive business critical. Your main goal is to establish from scratch and lead a design team, derive designs for new and existing features as well as conduct UI/UX user reviews, and effectively juggle between feature usability and time-to-delivery.
At justtrack, we build a SaaS business that provides app and game publishers an attractive toolset to handle their entire global marketing growth process. Starting from managing, analyzing, and automating marketing processes justtrack enables gathering deep mobile product insights. Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and implement the overarching design strategy for the platform with a focus on easy-to-use, seamless, and consistent product interfaces.
  • Lead and empower a talented team of two experienced Product Designers, by helping them prioritize and enhance their work efficiency.
  • Develop design talent and build a thriving culture where designers grow in their careers and feel a strong sense of inclusion and belonging.
  • Work closely with Product and Technology leaders to align on vision and ensure effective use of design resources. Drive initiatives with a proactive, hands-on approach.
  • Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to manage expectations and advocate for user-centered design solutions that meet business goals.
  • Play a vital role in the development process of both new and existing features, from concept to release. Design prototypes from low to high fidelity, while maintaining the integrity of justtrack’s design language.
  • Implement new design systems and best practices to enhance product experiences and address complex design challenges.

How the optimal candidate may look like:

  • You bring at least 5 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, with a proven track record of leading design teams and launching successful, innovative products.
  • You are skilled in using design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, and Photoshop.
  • You have a strong background in people management and are committed to developing teams.
  • You prioritize user experience in design and are a strong advocate for user-centered solutions.
  • You balance a strategic vision with the ability to achieve short- and medium-term objectives.
  • You dive deep into design operations with a commitment to deliver exceptional designs focused on the customer journey.
  • You have strong communication and interpersonal skills that help you understand and manage business and tech stakeholder needs as well as maintain a sustainable robust relationships.
  • You are comfortable with working in an international working environment and your English skills are excellent, both written and spoken.
