Your role in sales

By using our software, companies save hundreds of hours every year in their HR administration and employees benefit from greater convenience and security in their daily work.

Your part is to excite interested prospects and win them for our innovative HR solution (a spectacular job and the most exciting one we have to offer, according to the person who wrote this text).

Porsche, the WWF, the Lufthansa Star Alliance, the German Red Cross and the Munich Security Conference have already been won by your future colleagues. But there are still thousands of exciting companies to win.


Job details

  • How does it actually work? It starts with interested parties who have contacted us and have been assigned to you by Marketing. There is no cold calling with us!
  • You contact the interested parties immediately and show them the benefits they can achieve with our innovative HR solution.
  • In Microsoft Teams you present our innovative software solution online with a lot of passion in the region you are responsible for (DACH, Europe or North America)
  • We have many unique selling points that you don’t keep to yourself, of course. We call this easy-selling.
  • You then answer any questions that arise. Don’t worry, there’s an internal team to answer complicated questions for the customer. You are sometimes a moderator and sometimes an expert.
  • If things get more difficult, you can also involve our sales partners from Deutsche Telekom Business Solutions, Ernst & Young or many other partners.
  • Microsoft’s global sales team is also happy to support you. We all work together.
  • Many customers will opt for you and your offer. You note the order and that’s it.

Your experience

  • You have several years of professional experience in sales or have been a key account manager.
  • The people you talk to on the client end often come from the management level. Do you have the confidence to deal with them? And are you eloquent too? Then it’s a good fit.
  • Your German or English should be on point depending on the region you are applying for.
  • Your degree is not that important to us. What matters for us is experience, standing, eloquence and, of course, your ability to empathize.
  • Are you passionate about sales, but have little or no experience in this field? No problem, apply anyway. We have a solution. At the Hubdrive Academy, we fill in gaps in your knowledge and you gain the necessary experience through on-the-job training.
