Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), the Brand Manager will oversee the creation and execution of all brand-related initiatives. The Brand Manager will play a critical role in developing and maintaining a strong brand identity that resonates with our target audience and drives business growth.

Important disclosure: in 2024, Accountable plans to execute a major overhaul of its brand identity. Depending on start times, it is expected from the Brand Manager to ensure the definition (ideally) and roll-out (necessarily) of this brand identity upgrade.



  • Increase Brand Awareness
    Develop and implement strategies to enhance brand visibility and recognition among the target audience, leading to an increase in brand awareness metrics such as brand recall and brand recognition.
  • Improve Brand Perception
    Enhance the overall perception of the brand by ensuring consistent messaging and brand experiences across all touchpoints, resulting in improved brand sentiment and reputation.
  • Foster Brand Loyalty
    Implement strategies to cultivate strong relationships with customers and build brand loyalty over time, leading to higher customer retention rates, repeat purchases, and advocacy.



  • Brand Strategy Development
    Collaborate with the CMO and cross-functional teams to develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies aligned with the company’s overall objectives.
  • Brand Identity Management
    Manage and maintain the company’s brand identity, including visual elements, messaging, and tone of voice, ensuring consistency across all channels and touchpoints.
  • Product Branding
    Work closely with product development teams to ensure that new products are aligned with the overall brand strategy and effectively branded to maximize their impact in the market.
  • Creative Direction
    Provide creative direction and guidance to internal and external teams, including designers, copywriters, and agencies, to ensure that all brand-related assets meet quality standards and effectively communicate the brand’s values and messaging.
  • Campaign Development
    Together with marketing managers, contribute or lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and loyalty across various channels, including digital, social media, print, and events.
  • Market Research and Analysis
    Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats, and use insights to inform brand strategy and decision-making.
  • Brand Performance Tracking
    Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of brand initiatives and campaigns, and regularly analyze and report on brand performance to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment and integration of brand strategies and initiatives across the organization.
  • Brand Ambassadorship
    Serve as a passionate and knowledgeable brand ambassador both internally and externally, representing the company’s brand values and fostering a strong brand culture within the organization.


We are looking for someone who will obsess over design and the look & feel of all assets, with strong brand sense, and great communication/collaboration skills but able to make firm decisions.

  • A strong suit in either design OR copywriting is needed.
    You will not only challenge but effectively design and build assets, campaigns, and visuals, together with the rest of the team.
  • Professional proficiency in English. French, Dutch, or German knowledge is a plus.
    You will need to write, review, and challenge “copy” and ensure we display the right tone of voice across all touch points.
  • Strong communication skills are required.
    You will need to convince team members, build consensus & be firm when required.
  • Experience in brand/design/copy is preferred, but candidates with limited experience (first or second job) are encouraged to apply.

  • Competitive salary: €50-60,000 gross annual salary + benefits + eligibility for stock options.
