Teamlead Frontend Development (M/F/D)

We are looking for a person who not only wants to make a difference in the energy industry, but also wants to take responsibility as a Enabler for the development of the individual members of the frontend team and has already proven this experience.

  • As a Team Lead Frontend Development (M/F/D) you are responsible for the personnel management of the Frontend Team and ensure that the individual team members feel comfortable and supported
  • You are responsible for our WebApp/ MobileApp customers and know how to express yourself to non-technical customers in a patient and explanatory manner
  • You support our frontend and design team by creating suitable and easy-to-use interfaces on a technical and organizational level


  • You have been working in a similar role as a team lead in software engineering with focus on People Management for at least 2 years.
  • You have at least 2 years of experience with front-end development.
  • Accordingly, you already have experience in managing at least 1-2 employees or a team
  • It is important to us that you have experience in working with cross-functional software teams and are committed to this type of collaboration
  • You are passionate about implementing industry-leading user experience enabling the energy transition for consumers and professional user
  • You have experience in creating a technical roadmap for your team and overseeing the implementation of complex changes during implementation
  • Communicating with your colleagues energizes you
  • Nice to have: Experience with a native app development (iOS/Android)
  • Most of the frontend team members work in our office in Aachen, so it would be great if you are willing to travel to exchange ideas with your team on site 1-2 times a quarter
